Manufacturer's warranty
CONDOR-GÜRTEL GMBH grants a 24-month worldwide manufacturer's warranty against material and manufacturing defects for the Porsche Design product purchased from CONDOR-GÜRTEL GMBH.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase (initial purchase). In case of warranty, please contact CONDOR-GÜRTEL GMBH, Daffingerstraße 10, 4600 Wels, Austria, (customerservice@condor-guertel.at). The warranty is valid only on the condition that you purchased the acquired Porsche Design item from an authorized Porsche Design retailer or in a Porsche Design store.
Please keep your original purchase receipt (cash receipt) as proof of purchase. This will be required as proof of warranty.
In case of a warranty claim, material and manufacturing defects of the Porsche Design product will be repaired free of charge or - at the discretion of CONDOR-GÜRTEL GMBH - replaced within the warranty period by CONDOR-GÜRTEL GMBH.
The warranty is limited to the costs of repair and/or replacement of the defective Porsche Design product.
Warranty repairs must be carried out by CONDOR-GÜRTEL GMBH. Costs for repairs by third-party companies or exchange costs of third-party companies will not be reimbursed. The warranty does not cover repairs or damages that may arise from such repairs.
Damages resulting from improper handling, lack of care, and normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.
The buyer's rights under the applicable national legislation, i.e., the buyer's warranty rights against the seller (dealer) as well as their other legal rights, are not affected by this warranty.
CONDOR-GÜRTEL GMBH is not liable for damages based on slight negligence as well as for incidental and/or consequential damages.
This warranty is subject to Austrian law.
