As the company produces belts, the production staff are the heart of the company. This is a craft activity that requires precision and the correct handling of the natural material leather.
Typical tasks:
- Cutting, punching, and embossing leather hides and straps.
- Operation of industrial sewing and riveting machines (attaching belt buckles, rivets, and eyelets).
- Dyeing and sealing leather edges.
- Quality control of finished belts before packaging.
Requirements:
- Manual dexterity and a good eye for detail.
- Ideally, completed apprenticeship in leather processing (e.g., fine bag maker, shoemaker) or experience in a production facility.
- Reliable and accurate working method.
