CONDOR-BELTS GMBH grants a 24-month, worldwide manufacturer’s warranty against material and manufacturing defects for the Porsche Design product you have purchased from CONDOR-BELTS GMBH.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase (first purchase), In the event of a warranty claim, please contact CONDOR-BELTS GMBH, Daffingerstraße 10, 4600 Wels, Austria, (customerservice@condor-guertel.at). The warranty is only valid on condition that you have purchased the Porsche Design item from an authorized Porsche Design dealer or in a Porsche Design Store.

Please keep your original purchase receipt (till receipt) as proof of purchase. This is required as proof for the guarantee.

In the event of a warranty claim, CONDOR-BELTS GMBH will repair or – at the discretion of CONDOR-BELTS GMBH – replace material and manufacturing defects in the Porsche Design product free of charge within the warranty period.

The warranty is limited to the cost of repairing and/or replacing the defective Porsche Design product.

Warranty repairs must be carried out by CONDOR-BELTS GMBH. The costs of repairs by third-party companies or replacement costs of third-party companies will not be reimbursed. The warranty does not cover repairs or damage that may be caused by such repairs.

Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care and normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.

The buyer’s rights under the applicable national legislation, i.e. the buyer’s warranty rights against the seller and his other statutory rights, are not affected by this guarantee.

CONDOR-BELTS GMBH shall not be liable for damages based on slight negligence or for incidental and/or consequential damages.

This guarantee is subject to Austrian law.
